All slippers are lovingly handmade by our shelter’s founder. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Times:

• UK Orders: 2–4 business days

• International Orders: 7–14 business days
  Delays may occur during holidays or due to customs.

Shipping Rates:

• Calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

• Free UK shipping on orders over £50.

Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
